Job Title: HR Generalist I / HR Shared Services Representative

Location: Plano TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Schedule: Monday Friday

A leading organization is seeking an HR Generalist I to support HR operations employee inquiries payroll-related support benefits and HR systems administration.

Responsibilities:

Handle employee HR inquiries via phone email and tickets
Support payroll benefits HR administration and employee records
Update data in HCM/HRIS systems
Assist with HR reporting and documentation
Ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance

Requirements:

0 2 years of HR Administration Payroll HR Support or Customer Service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
MS Excel proficiency preferred
Experience with Workday/HCM/HRIS is a plus
Bachelors degree preferred not required
