Senior Law Enforcement/IMESA SME
Watermark is seeking a senior-level Subject Matter Expert to provide strategic and operational support to NCIS for the IMESA program. This individual will advise on counterterrorism law enforcement policy and identity intelligence operations.

In this role you will.
  • Providesenior-level advisory supportto:
    • DoD physical security programs
    • Personnel security programs
    • Insider threat programs
  • Lead analysis and decision-making onterrorist screening alerts
  • Coordinate with:
    • Military investigative organizations
    • Federal law enforcement partners
    • Intelligence Community stakeholders
  • Develop and review policies procedures and staffing packages
  • Support program leadership with high-level briefings and recommendations
  • Ensure mission alignment with DoD and IC policies
  • Additional duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
  • Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in DoD Military Department or counterterrorism matters.
  • Five (5) years of experience using LE and Intelligence Community (IC) databases to assess derogatory information on DoD affiliated and local population persons.
  • Five (5) years of experience using web applications to review and recommend action on the Terrorist Screening Database Alerts and to determine if the alert will be pushed to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience working with:
    • NCIS FBI or DoD intelligence entities
  • Knowledge of:
    • IMESA / TSDB processes
  • Experience advising senior leadership
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in related field
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI
Other Requirements:
  • May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
  • May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
  • Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
  • Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
