Sealcoating Technician
Exterior Services - Michigan
Location: Farmington Hills MI
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Sealcoating Technician to join our Exterior Services team in Farmington this role youll play a key part in maintaining and improving asphalt surfaces through sealcoating crack filling and general pavement care. If you enjoy working outdoors take pride in hands-on work and are willing to put in the effort during busy seasons we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do
- Assist with asphalt sealcoating operations using spray or squeegee (cut-in) application methods
- Perform surface preparation including cleaning and crack filling
- Load unload and transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Support general pavement maintenance projects as needed
- Work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons
What Were Looking For
- At least one season of experience in asphalt sealcoating and crack filling
- Valid chauffeurs license or ability to obtain one
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and drivers background check
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work long days and weekends when required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Capable of working for extended uninterrupted periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform frequent bending and squatting
