HVAC Technician II

Location: Warren OH
Pay: $3540/hr
Shift: 1st Shift MondayFriday

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician II to join a fast-paced industrial maintenance team supporting commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This is a hands-on role for a skilled technician who takes pride in troubleshooting preventative maintenance and keeping critical systems operating safely and efficiently.

• Perform preventative corrective and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and repair ACUs AHUs heat pumps VAVs DDC controls ventilation systems and refrigerant systems
• Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Perform system testing equipment inspections operational rounds and root cause analysis
• Operate refrigerant recovery equipment vacuum pumps charging equipment and service gauges
• Read and interpret blueprints control schematics sequence of operations and technical manuals
• Maintain accurate service reports operating logs refrigerant logs and preventative maintenance documentation
• Support maintenance of chillers boilers and related mechanical equipment
• Follow OSHA safety procedures PPE requirements and hazardous material handling practices
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance support

• High school diploma required
• 2-year HVAC technical certification or state-approved HVAC license required
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required
• Valid drivers license required
• Experience working on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with HVAC controls and mechanical systems
• Ability to read technical documents blueprints and maintenance manuals
• Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
