Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Duration: 12 months (Possible extension)

Pay Rate: $22 - $25/hour on W2
Location: Fort Stockton TX 79735

Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor related to hazardous/explosive waste processing
- Support thermal treatment of explosive materials and post-treatment cleanup
- Handle highly regulated processes with strict adherence to documentation and paperwork
- Maintain strong attention to detail for compliance and safety procedures
- Work primarily outdoors in extreme temperatures
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have:
- Willingness to perform heavy manual labour daily
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat (up to 120 F)
- Strong attention to detail especially with paperwork and compliance
- Ability to pass ATF background check for explosives
Preferred:
- Forklift experience (not mandatory)
Education
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Conversion Potential: Yes opportunity to convert to full-time
Work Environment:
- 90% outdoor work in extreme heat (up to 120 F)
- Facility handles explosive hazardous materials
- Highly regulated compliance-driven environment
Safety Requirements
- Must be eligible for BATFE Level 4 clearance (employee possessor of explosives).
- Clearance is required due to the handling of explosive materials and is processed through the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) after onboarding.
- Reference ATF Form 5400.28 which is used to determine the eligibility of an employee possessor to engage in certain explosives operations.
Training
- Initial training may require travel to Houston TX or Kellyville OK
Shift / Hours
Schedule: Monday Thursday
Hours: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Overtime
- Yes as needed
- May include:
- Extended weekday hours
- Occasional weekend work
