Job Summary
Seeking an IT Technician to provide onsite technical support for an Oil/Gas domain company located near Arlington Virginia. The role requires full onsite support and hands-on IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and offer solutions to get employees up and running again
Triage requests accordingly to our 3rd party IT provider
Teach and train employees on new applications or hardware as requested
Provide support for on-boarding and off-boarding new and departing employees
Qualifications:
3 years of experience as a help desk support technician in a macOS environment (prefer a Genius that worked at an Apple Store)
Certification in Apple products and devices strongly preferred (ACSP or ACIT)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Success in team environments demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
Comprehensive understanding of operating systems including macOS and Windows
