- Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of specialized clinical professionals to meet the demands of high-volume hiring.
- Leverage cutting-edge sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter targeted job boards and specialized healthcare databases to find the best candidates.
- Ensure all candidates comply with U.S. credentialing licensure and regulatory standards maintaining the highest quality and compliance.
- Operate within a results-driven RPO environment collaborating seamlessly with hiring managers onboarding teams and credentialing specialists.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in recruiting U.S. healthcare professionals with a focus on:
- U.S. Registered Nurses (USRNs)
- U.S. Travel Nurses
- Community Nurses
- Additional U.S.-based healthcare staffing roles
