Your role as an Account Specialist will encompass various key responsibilities including traffic management digital listening expert community management strategic social publishing and cutting-edge digital content production. Responsibilities:
Support digital initiatives for energy infrastructure projects through digital listening community management social media publishing and content production
Use project management tools to drive organization cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery of digital campaigns
Utilize social media monitoring tools to gather and analyze audience feedback in order to deliver data-driven insights to executive audiences
Track categorize and respond to social media comments identifying trends addressing misinformation and answering questions
Write email and website copy from existing and approved content
Function within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Completes additional projects assigned by supervisor
Bachelors degree
3 years of equivalent experience
Results-driven individual who gets excited about numbers and self-improvement
A resourceful innovative and enthusiastic attitude about social media with a commitment to positively influencing online conversations while pushing back against misinformation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
