Job Summary

The Clubhouse Director is responsible for overseeing a multitude of programs partnerships member recruitment/outreach education social recreation arts & culture vocational health physical education and mentoring programs as well as supervising the staff who facilitate these programs and activities.

This position is responsible for planning developing overseeing implementation and supervision of programs and program employees; works closely with the school on facility management leads fundraising opportunities for the Clubhouse parent and community relations special events and other activities as assigned. This position reports to the Area Director.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall success of the Clubhouse by driving enrollment program quality staff performance and community engagement.
  • Build strong partnerships with schools families community organizations and the Advancement team to expand programs fundraising and visibility.
  • Ensure a safe inclusive and enriching environment that supports youth development across sports literacy arts and STEM programming.
  • Recruit hire coach and supervise staff and volunteers fostering a positive highperforming team culture.
  • Manage Clubhouse operations including schedules budgets payroll reporting and daily onsite leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations quality standards and food program requirements (PA DHS Keystone STARS CACFP).
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership on staff development strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Create a safe inclusive and enriching environment that supports youth success confidence and achievement.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in early childhood education child development education human services or a related fieldwith progressively responsible experience working with children(degree/experience combinations accepted per PA DHS requirements).
  • 23 years of experience leading or coordinating a youth program or licensed childcare setting; management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit lead and retain staff while fostering a positive supportive team culture.
  • Strong communication organization and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort using educational and program technology.
  • Commitment to highquality customer service and family engagement.
  • Ability to be onsite a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a dynamic active environment.
