Job Responsibilities
- Typing formatting and editing documents such as reports proposals and correspondence
- Managing and organizing electronic files and documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications via email and other digital channels
- Assisting with data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
Essential Qualifications
- Proficient in typing and word processing software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems
Desired Experience
Up to 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
