Job Description: Administrative Clerk (Remote) at Vibes Communications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in daily office tasks such as filing data entry and managing correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
