Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our team at Vibes Communications. This is a remote position allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Administrative Clerk you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team by handling phone calls emails and other correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments including scheduling and sending out reminders.
- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and photocopying.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Support other team members with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual office setting.
