Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our team at Vibes Communications a leading provider of VoIP solutions. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects to ensure successful implementation and delivery to our clients. This is a remote position allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead project teams ensuring all project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Develop project plans including scope schedule budget quality and communication plans
- Monitor project progress identify and address any issues or risks that may impact the project timeline or budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success including product development sales and customer support teams
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or questions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in the telecommunications or tech industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- 2 years of experience in project management
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
- Experience with VoIP solutions or telecommunications industry
