Job Description: Remote Assistant Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts and relationships remotely
- Communicate with clients via phone email and video conferencing
- Prepare and maintain client files reports and documentation
- Manage client inquiries and provide timely responses and resolutions
- Support the Account Managers in preparing presentations and proposals
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in customer service or account management role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer service
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
- Experience using CRM software for client management
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $35 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $50 per hour
- Currency: USD
