Job Summary
A high volume new and used car dealership in Central Florida is seeking a driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead a winning team and take our operation to the next level. You will set the tone on the showroom floor every daydriving performance developing people and ensuring customers enjoy a fast transparent buying experience.
What youll do
Lead coach and hold accountable a team of sales professionals (new and used) to hit and exceed monthly volume and gross targets.
Desk deals: structure competitive offers appraise trades support F&I and help salespeople close.
Monitor daily weekly and monthly KPIs and adjust the game plan based on performance and market trends.
Partner with F&I service and marketing to deliver a seamless customerfriendly process.
Recruit train and develop salespeople through ongoing coaching and regular sales meetings.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction ethics and compliance.
What you bring
35 years of successful automotive sales experience and 12 years in a leadership or desk role.
Proven record of leading a team to consistent volume and gross results.
Strong coaching communication and conflictresolution skills.
Comfort with CRM followup processes and using data to drive decisions.
Professional ethical and customerfocused mindset.
