SUMMARY

The Inventory Data Coordinatorprovides centralized administrative and operational support to technical service operations with a primary focus on truck stock and inventory management. The role works closely with Operations Service Managers field Technicians and Sales to maintain accurate inventory records and support the timely and efficient replenishment of technician truck stock. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory data integrity throughout the internal supply chain remotely supporting warehouse staff to accurately prepare packages for shipping communicating with field Technicians and ensuring inventory documentation financial records and system data are accurate complete and maintained in accordance with governance and policy requirements.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Coordination Administration & Analysis:

  • Provide administrative and analytic oversight of national technician truck stock including inventory tracking reconciliation compliance and audit support.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely shipping of truck stock packages and receiving new inventory from wholesalers.
  • Support inventory replenishment and supplier quotes by gathering materials details site information specifications and equipment requirements.
  • Assist operations and service leadership with up-to-date inventory costing and pricing to support accurate and timely quoting.
  • Communicate daily with Technicians Operations and Warehouse teams by email Teams and phone calls.
  • Monitor Technician truck stock maintain replenishment documentation and escalate schedule or cost risks as required.
  • Deliver daytoday administrative and financial support for inventory operations including purchase orders invoicing readiness budget tracking and estimatetoactual variance monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate inventory pricing and financial records; support reporting dashboards and leadership updates; and ensure data integrity across service management systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • 35 years of experience in data analysis service coordination project administration or administrative support supported by a community college diploma or equivalent training.
  • Strong administrative organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities priorities and deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of service or project coordination processes including estimating support scheduling documentation and financial administration.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across operations field teams and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of computer proficiency including strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite (particularly Excel) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Experience using business scheduling document management service management or CRM applications to support service delivery reporting and data integrity.
