Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound leads (phone email website walk-ins) in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups on unsold leads previous customers and service customers
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Build rapport with customers to understand needs and match them with appropriate vehicles
- Follow dealership processes for lead management and response times
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoff
- Assist in marketing campaigns promotions and database mining
- Track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (appointments set shown sold)
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and positive experience
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service call center or sales experience preferred (automotive is an asset but not required)
- Strong communication skills (phone email text)
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and multitasking
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
- Positive attitude self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position including evenings and weekends

- Base salary plus commission structure
