Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product / UX Designer to lead large and complex design initiatives and deliver world-class product experiences. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end product design influence product strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities Product & Experience Design- Lead large complex design initiatives and deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Design end-to-end user journeys considering user ecosystems workflows and product design patterns.
- Translate complex problems into elegant user-centered design solutions.
- Develop design frameworks principles and standards to guide cross-team product development.
- Influence product experience strategy across business units or product lines.
- Contribute to shaping design best practices and scalable design systems.
- Lead collaborative projects with multidisciplinary teams including product managers engineers and researchers.
- Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful product experiences.
- Share knowledge and mentor team members to strengthen the design community.
- Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to improve workflows and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into product design and user experiences.
- Evaluate how AI insights can influence product strategy and design decisions.
- 7 years of experience in UX/Product Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex problems through human-centered design.
- Experience designing web or software applications.
- Proven ability to lead design initiatives from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of design research usability principles and data-driven design decisions.
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and advocate design solutions to stakeholders.
- Experience building design frameworks design systems or standardization practices.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across product engineering and research.
- Growth mindset with curiosity for new design trends and technologies.
- Exposure to AI-powered tools and AI-driven product experiences.
