Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist & Office Coordinator
Location: Toronto Canada
Work Mode: On-Site
Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years
Rates: $20 to $22 CAD Per Hour

Role Summary

We are hiring for this position where the selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk while supporting office coordination shipping and receiving and badge administration. This role is ideal for someone who is organized reliable and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors employees and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area
  • Manage visitor sign-in processes and ensure compliance with security protocols
  • Receive sort and distribute incoming packages and mail
  • Prepare outgoing shipments including labeling and coordinating with carriers
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs and records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of items
  • Assist with occasional handling or lifting of packages
  • Create activate and manage employee and visitor badges
  • Verify identity and access permissions based on company policies
  • Troubleshoot badge-related issues and maintain accurate access records
  • Provide general administrative and office coordination support
  • Help with scheduling internal requests and day-to-day operations
  • Support team members with ad hoc tasks and projects

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong professionalism and reliability in a front-facing role
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize daily tasks
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience handling shipping and receiving processes
  • Familiarity with badge or access control systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Basic administrative or office coordination experience
