Job Summary
As a Marketing Coordinator your job is to coordinate all the marketing activities and initiatives within MATT & NAT. You will conduct market research help to carry out promotional campaigns identify target audiences and evaluate current trends.
Responsibilities
-Create and post daily content (TikTok Instagram Reels Stories)
-Be on-camera regularly to showcase products styling and brand storytelling
-Stay on top of trends sounds and viral formats
-Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns
-Collaborate with marketing and design teams for product launches and campaigns
-Assist with content shoots styling and behind-the-scenes filming
-Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
-Engage with audience through comments DMs and community building
Qualifications :
-Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
-Strong understanding of TikTok Instagram and social trends
-Creative mindset with a good eye for fashion aesthetics and storytelling
-Basic video editing skills (CapCut InShot or similar)
-Organized and able to maintain daily posting consistency
-Previous experience in social media or content creation is a plus
