Associate Attorney Personal Injury (Plaintiff Side)
New York NY Full-Time In-Office

Join a dynamic plaintiff-side firm where youll take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through trial. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients.

Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters (auto accidents slip & fall premises liability negligence claims)
Handle cases end-to-end: client intake investigation litigation and resolution
Draft pleadings motions and discovery responses
Conduct depositions attend court appearances mediations and trials
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
Maintain strong client communication and ensure timely case progression

What Were Looking For

JD Active New York Bar (in good standing)
3 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
Strong litigation research and writing skills
Proven ability to manage cases independently
Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
