Job Description:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including picking packing inventory handling and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a cold storage environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Put away inventory and organize stock
Scan products and update inventory systems
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks
Follow all safety rules and regulations at all times
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Handle multiple tasks and meet daily operational targets
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs independently
Comfortable working in a cold environment daily
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
Additional Requirements:
Must bring own steel-toe shoes
Dress code: jeans (no rips) and hoodless sweatshirt
Company provides cold-weather gear (coat hat gloves)
Must pass background check drug test and medical questionnaire
