This role involves managing a commercial property and casualty book of business handling both new and renewal accounts and providing high-level client service while collaborating with producers carriers and internal teams.

Position Details:
Location: Cincinnati OH (Hybrid typically 2 days in office: Monday & Wednesday)
Salary: $80000 $83000 Annual Bonus Profit Sharing
Benefits: Generous PTO 401(k) and full benefits package

Key Requirements:

3 5 years of experience handling commercial insurance accounts
Experience working with agency management systems (Applied EPIC TAM or AMS 360)
Strong client service and account management skills
Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License
High School Diploma/GED required (Associate or Bachelors preferred)
