Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for handling various administrative tasks to support daily operations. This includes answering phones managing work orders maintaining dashboards ensuring proper assignment of tasks managing equipment inventory creating service maintenance requests and scheduling vendors for repairs.
Location:Los Angeles California United States
Responsibilities:

- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Managing daily work orders.
- Managing project work orders.
- Managing weekly EOC round work orders.
- Maintaining the daily work order dashboard.
- Maintaining the weekly PM dashboard.
- Ensuring temperature and humidity work orders are assigned accordingly.
- Managing elevator rounds and graffiti rounds assignments.
- Inputting equipment inventory data.
- Creating Service Maintenance Requests (SMRs).
- Scheduling vendors for repairs.
- Updating schedules on the office board.
- Ensuring all delivered parts and items are picked up from the office.
