New Business Development Rep

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient New Business Development Representative to help drive growth and expand markets. The successful candidate will work to support the Vice President of Contracts and Sales in this expansion. This role requires a strong foundation in aerodynamic ground testing engineering principles mechanical design (CAD) and wind tunnel testing all combined with excellent sales and communication skills. The ideal candidate will assist the VP in identifying new business opportunities managing client relationships creating financial and technical proposals and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow national and international markets. Travel to customer sites test facilities and industry trade shows to build relationships and promote company capabilities. Engage with clients to understand their aerodynamic testing needs and technical challenges. Collaborate with engineering design and manufacturing teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with customer requirements. Utilize CAD software and interpret complex specifications to support proposal development. Monitor industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. TTI MODELS INCORPORATED
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering business or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in either wind tunnel model design testing or manufacturing with exposure to all three.
Ability to work independently as well as support all company departments. Proven experience in business development or technical sales within aerospace and defense industry.
Strong understanding of aerodynamic principles and engineering processes.
Excellent interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills.
Candidate must have experience working in DoD secure and proprietary environments as well as with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
