Role Overview:
We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign management audience targeting creative strategy and performance optimization to drive high ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan create and manage paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Perform audience research and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR CPC CPA and ROAS
- Develop and test ad creatives copies and landing page strategies
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Conduct A/B testing for ads audiences and bidding strategies
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends tools and algorithm updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong understanding of campaign structures funnels and targeting strategies
- Experience in handling lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
- Good understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with eCommerce or international clients
- Knowledge of Pixel setup conversion tracking and remarketing
- Exposure to other paid platforms like Google Ads
