Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Set up campaigns in accordance to client requirements.
  • Constantly optimize the campaign to get the best results
  • Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and translating into appropriate digital initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the strategy setup for the campaigns
  • Design and implement meaningful and actionable audience and creative tests.
  • Writing copies for Facebook Ads that drive conversions
  • Checking the consistency of Facebook Ad Copy tone and language vis-à-vis Landing page and vice versa
  • Creating and choosing landing pages according to the target audience
  • Optimizing landing page that suits the campaign
  • Daily monitoring of results and improving ads
  • Testing variations of ads to determine the best performing one
  • Manage budgets on a daily weekly and a monthly basis to keep spend optimised.
  • Work with the web development design team and content team
  • Generate results from the dashboard and keep client updated always
  • Initiate client meetings at regular intervals
  • Actively participate in ideating strategies for clients


Requirements

Required Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Facebook Ads
  • Must have worked with the Facebook Ads Dashboard extensively
  • Comprehensive understanding of Facebooks Advertising Policies
  • Must have worked on creating and coordinating an effective landing page
  • Amazing writing and verbal communication skills
  • A spark of creativity is a bonus
  • Stay abreast of the ever-changing tools trends of Facebook Ads
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Display a consistent level of enthusiasm
  • Should be a team player
  • Keen on Problem solving
  • Positive attitude with ability to motivate oneself



Required Skills:

Desired Candidate Profile: Graduation is a must; postgraduate qualification in Communications Marketing or related field is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role. Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver creative excellence across projects. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building and performance management. Requirements: Exceptional conceptualization and writing skills with a solid understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced deadline-driven environments. Creative leader who can inspire mentor and drive innovation within the team.
