Job Summary
The Field Outreach Specialist (FOS) will represent the company in the cities they are resident . The role involves visiting schools and booksellers collecting and verifying educational institutions data engaging with Principals and Teachers supporting program adoption and assisting with enrolments collections and follow-ups.
Requirements
Visit schools and booksellers to collect and update data
- Meet Principals and Teachers to introduce company programs
- Conduct presentations and support enrolments
- Handle follow-ups and authorized collections
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain documentation
- Achieve monthly outreach and sales targets
Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel across assigned States is mandatory
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license required
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate preferred
- 15 years experience in field sales / education / EdTech preferred
- Strong communication and target-oriented approach
