About the Role

We are looking for aFull Stack Software Engineerwith 24 years of experience to join ourClient Experience Team. In this role you will be a key contributor to building the visual and interactive layers of our AI-driven products. You will work under the mentorship of a dedicated Engineering Manager to deliver UI-heavy features that are fast accessible and seamlessly integrated with our backend data pipelines.

You are an engineer who cares deeply about the user journey. You understand that a smooth UI is only possible with a solid backend foundation and you are comfortable moving across the stack to ensure the best possible client experience.

WhatYoullDo

UI Development:Build andmaintainresponsive high-performance web interfaces using modern frameworks (ReactORAngular).

Full Stack Integration:Develop andoptimizeRESTful APIs and microservices (Java or Python) that power the frontend ensuring efficient data flow and low-latency responses.

Collaboration:Work closely with UX Designers to turn high-fidelity wireframes into interactive components and partner with backend teams to integrate Search and AI capabilities.

Code Quality:Participatein peer code reviews and write clean testable code. You will helpmaintainour sharedcomponentlibrary to ensure UI consistency across products.

Optimization:Identifyand fix frontend bottlenecks focusing on Core Web Vitals lazy loading and client-side state management.

Agile Delivery:Participatein daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives taking ownership of features from development to deployment.

Must Have:

Experience:24 years of professional software development experience with a focus on web technologies.

Frontend Proficiency:Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework (React preferred). Deep understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS or CSS-in-JS).

Backend Exposure:Experience building ormaintainingbackend services using Java (Spring Boot).

Database Knowledge:Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases; ability to write efficient queries to fetch data for the UI.

Tools & DevOps:Proficiencywith Git and experience working within CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud environments.

Problem Solving:A strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms with a focus on writing efficient code for the browser.

Who you are

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be familiar with systems scope and projects objectives to ensure design build and test of a robust system
Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.
Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development frameworks and technologies.
