Job Summary
Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack to build scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both frontend and backend development with a focus on performance usability and clean code practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB React )
- Build reusable efficient and scalable frontend components using React
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using and Express
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Work with databases to design schemas queries and data models
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Debug troubleshoot and enhance existing applications
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB React and
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Strong understanding of frontend frameworks and state management (Redux Context API)
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Good understanding of database design and querying
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization (JWT OAuth)
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest Mocha)

Ownership & Accountability: Demonstrates a high level of responsibility for project outcomes system reliability and code quality. Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively manage expectations and build consensus across different teams. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Typically 7 years of progressive experience in data engineering with 2 years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
