Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant GenAI Tech Lead

Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve your knowledge and skills will define success for your role. You will exercise independent judgement within defined policies and procedures to determine appropriate action as well as lead a small team to an outcome while being a role model for your team.

Responsibilities

Lead the endtoend architecture and delivery of Generative AI solutions.
Provide technical leadership on LLMs RAG architectures prompt engineering and finetuning.
Drive solution design using cloudnative GenAI services (Vertex AI / Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock).
Guide teams in building scalable secure and costoptimized GenAI platforms.
Review and approve technical designs code quality and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Mentor engineers and ensure adoption of AI/ML and ML Ops best practices.
Ensure Responsible AI governance security and compliance standards are met.
Stay updated with emerging GenAI trends tools and frameworks.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Proven experience in project management preferably in AI or technology-driven environments.
Strong understanding of gen AI technologies and their applications.
Good with Python and exposure to at least one cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Experience in GenAI solution deployment validation and monitoring the model.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira (Good to have).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership abilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to have below skills background

oExperience in managing requirement workshops user story creations and scenario use case definitions.
oUnderstanding of software development life cycle Relational databases UX design etc.
oFamiliarity with Web app
oExperience in process flow data flow diagrams user acceptance testing user training documentation.
