This position isa key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
- This position will be based in Indianapolis INand may require travel to client / project location/s

- Solution Leadership
- Lead endtoend SAP S/4HANA solution design across key manufacturing processes (OrdertoCash ProcuretoPay PlantoProduce Finance Supply Chain).
- Translate business requirements into scalable S/4HANA solutions aligned with program standards and best practices.
- Drive fitgap analysis configuration strategy and functional architecture decisions.
- Program Delivery
- Support Prepare Explore Realize and Deploy phases under SAP Activate methodology.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams offshore/onshore delivery and COEs to ensure aligned and consistent delivery.
- Provide oversight during system conversion testing cycles (SIT UAT) cutover and hypercare.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary S/4HANA advisor to business and IT leadership.
- Communicate effectively across multilingual teams; bridge functional discussions between US team and global stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops solution reviews and decisionmaking forums.
- Quality & Governance
- Ensure adherence to design standards data governance integration patterns and program controls.
- Guide the customer through business process harmonization and transformation opportunities.
- Support change impact assessment and enablement activities.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of SAP Functional experience; strong expertise inSAP S/4HANA (1809 or higher).
- Proven leadership inManufacturing industry implementations or transformations.
- Bilingual fluency (English additional language specify the exact requirement).
- Strong understanding of integration points with TM EWM PP/DS Ariba BTP and thirdparty systems.
- Handson experience with SAP Activate process mapping configuration and testing cycles.
- Experience in global template rollout greenfield or brownfield conversions.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- SAP S/4HANA Certification (Functional or Solution Architect).
- Experience working in large global programs with onshore/offshore model.
- Exposure to digital technologies (BTP AI/ML use cases automation tools).
- Manufacturing domain knowledge: FMCG Industrial HighTech Automotive or similar.
