- Work closely with the Financial Manager gaining exposure to both financial and operational strategy.
- Own the numbers prepare and present monthly management accounts budgets and forecasts.
- Turn data into insights that actually influence business decisions.
- Dive into balance sheet reviews spot trends and solve problems that matter.
- Help strengthen controls and keep the business sharp compliant and future-ready.
- Be part of continuous improvement identify gaps and help optimise processes.
- Analyse performance profitability and costs to unlock value across the business.
- Get involved in exciting projects from CAPEX planning to feasibility studies.
- Contribute to sustainability and forward-thinking business initiatives.
- BCom in Finance or Accounting.
- Around 5 years experience in Management Accounting.
- Strong understanding of hospitality finance principles.
- Knowledge of IFRS tax and the Companies Act.
- SAP experience is essential.
- Strong commercial mindset able to connect numbers to real-world impact.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Open to travel when needed.
