Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth strengthening strategic partnerships and ensuring rate integrity channel balance and longterm distribution sustainability across B2B wholesale and bedbank partnerships.
What will I be doing
Position Summary:
1) Own and manage strategic B2B partnerships serving as Hiltons country portfolio contact.
2) Develop and lead partnership agreement negotiations including special campaigns and special terms.
3) Define and execute the hotels B2B distribution strategy aligned with revenue and brand objectives.
4) Drive revenue growth while protecting net contribution and channel profitability.
5) Conduct regular business reviews with key partners and agree on growth action plans. Ensure rate parity inventory accuracy and distribution governance across B2B channels.
6) Identify opportunities in new markets feeder regions and partner segments.
7) Partner closely with Commercial Revenue Management and Distribution on pricing strategy forecasting and yield decisions. Escalation points for complex issues related to mapping availability rate discrepancies or performance.
8) Provide timely updates to the Director of Sales Leisure National Director of Sales and Hotel commercial leadership on emerging business opportunities market trends competitor activities etc.
9) Produce accurate insightful reports as requested by the Director of Sales Leisure and National Director of Sales supporting data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
10) Gather analyze and maintain key market intelligence to inform strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
11) Represent Hilton Malaysia at tradeshows and on sales missions in key source markets enhancing brand visibility and cultivating new business.
