About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Executive with an active social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content trends and at least 5K followers on Instagram along with the ability to create engaging and high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content (Reels Posts Stories) aligned with brand guidelines
Manage and grow both personal and brand social media presence
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and creators
Execute influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to execution
Stay updated with the latest social media trends formats and algorithms
Track content performance (views engagement reach) and optimize accordingly
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
Minimum 5K followers on Instagram (mandatory)
Proven experience in content creation (Reels short-form videos preferred)
Basic understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations
Good communication and negotiation skills
Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability
Familiarity with tools like Instagram Insights Canva CapCut etc.
Passion for social media trends and digital marketing
Preferred Skills
Experience working with brands or handling paid collaborations
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics
Basic to intermediate video editing skills
