Job Summary
Existing
- Lead and manage large stakeholder groups focused on business outcomes.
- Lead and manage project review and reporting mechanisms; project financial management; change control and quality reporting.
- Lead the preparation of AFL agreements and negotiate accordingly
- Solve client problems by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis including client interviews and workshops document reviews and the presentation of our findings and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients project teams and within our business.
- Assisting in business development activities such as development of proposals internal opportunity management and thought leadership development.
- Collaborate across service line with Turner & Townsend sectors/service lines to bring additional value to clients and seek cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications :
- Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction project management engineering surveying or architecture
- Strong corporate office capability and experience
- Team leadership capability must be able to manage client lead or implement project strategy and manage client.
- Ideally you will have worked with leading consultancies
- Strong stakeholder and construction management experience essential
- Delivered and lead teams on schemes in excess of 50000 sqft
- Existing relationship with Sydney occupier market.
