Job Summary
- Design implement and monitor the inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
- Examine stock levels and determine shortages and prevent overstocking.
- Responsible for managing inventory documentation ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
- Create monthly consolidated inventory reports for all sites.
- Conduct periodic training for stock controllers.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely replenishment based on supply levels.
- Ensure compliance with standard Inventory management practices.
- Carry out cost examinations and adjustments.
- Generate Ideas for retail optimization across board.
Qualifications :
- The right candidate must have a minimum of Bsc/OND/HND from a recognized institution.
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supply(CIPS)
- Minimum 4years relevant experience
- Experience with Odoo ERP is an added advantage
