- Established and productive individual contributor who works under moderate supervision.
- Manages the development and execution of sales marketing and business development activities within the immunology sales team. Supports account management and business development efforts with the team. Manages and supports planning and progress of sales.
- Applies in-depth knowledge of Immunology products to execute sales strategy inclusive of operational planning for business needs.
- Contributes to the execution of sales and business development strategy and process under limited supervision.
- Analyzes complex performance competitive and customer data to identify key issues and recommend strategies.
- Examines existing processes and develops continuous improvements in process data and sales operations.
- Documents potential opportunities and issues and communicates to appropriate parties.
- Identifies opportunities to maximize sales opportunities through conferences and other events.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques processes and responsibilities.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
- Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
