Nordiska is growing rapidly and we are now looking for a Technical Support Specialist (focus on Cards) to join our Product & Tech organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to work at the intersection of technology product and customer flows while playing a key role in managing technical card related processes and cases.

About the role
As a Technical Support Specialist you will act as a bridge between Customer Support Product and Tech with a focus on our card products and Card-as-a-Service offering.
You will work hands-on with investigating and resolving more advanced technical and operational issues in customer journeys payment flows and card related processes. At the same time you will contribute to improving our ways of working by identifying patterns root causes and opportunities for improvement.
You will collaborate closely with engineers the platform team and the Product Manager for Cards contributing both to daily operations and long-term product improvements.
Key responsibilities
Investigate and resolve technical issues across customer journeys payments and card processes
Act as an escalation point for complex cases and identify root causes
Collaborate with Product Tech and partners to drive issue resolution
Translate customer and business needs into clear technical problem statements
Identify recurring issues and contribute to product process and tool improvements
Support Customer Support documentation and knowledge sharing to improve the overall customer experience
Your Professional Profile
You are structured and analytical in your way of working with a strong ability to understand problems and drive them toward resolution. You enjoy working hands-on with technical and operational challenges and take ownership of your tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
You are a team player who values collaboration and enjoys working cross-functionally across different parts of the organisation. You communicate clearly and professionally and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where conditions may change.
You are curious and eager to learn with a strong interest in technology digital products and preferably cards or payments.
We believe that you have
Holds a degree in information systems computer science industrial engineering or a related field
Has a strong interest in technology digital products and problem solving
Is analytical and structured in driving issues toward resolution
Communicates clearly in both Swedish and English with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Is curious self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Meritorious
Understanding of card networks (Visa/Mastercard)
Experience in cards/payments credit operations or Embedded Finance
