Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Procurement Specialist for one of our clients to manage material supply within a complex project this role you will serve as the key interface between engineering and Supply Chain responsible for creating and managing material requirements monitoring delivery progress coordinating with engineering teams and overseeing shipments to installation sites. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration the ability to quickly understand dynamic situations and skill in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
What Youll Do
Create and manage material requirements for projects
Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely supply
Align closely with engineering teams regarding material needs
Coordinate with installation sites on material and shipments
Handle procurement processes including sourcing supplier follow-up and contract administration
Work independently with limited supervision while collaborating with multiple functions
Who You Are
Several years of experience in procurement material coordination or supply chain
Experience in project-based procurement or large clients portfolios
Strong ability to connect with many functions and parties
Structured proactive and able to quickly obtain information and use business systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
Strong written and verbal skills in Swedish (meritorious)
Valid SSG-Entré certificate
