Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Automotive Service Coordinator to join our service team. This role is the central point of communication between customers service advisors and techniciansensuring smooth scheduling timely updates and a superior service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments (phone online and in-person)
- Coordinate daily service workflow and maintain an efficient appointment calendar
- Communicate service updates timelines and recommendations to customers
- Liaise between service advisors technicians and parts department to ensure timely scheduling efficiency.
- Verify customer information service history and warranty coverage
- Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and for future recommended services and /or maintenance
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming service reception area
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate maintains a polished professional demeanor at all times representing the dealership with integrity and respect. This includes clear and courteous communication a positive attitude under pressure strong attention to detail and the ability to handle customer interactions with patience and confidence. A professional appearance and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience are essential in this role.
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service center preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling systems CRM tools and basic computer software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus)
- Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening in accordance with company policy
