Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Food Service Operation Workers to support daily dietary operations in a fast-paced environment based in Augusta GA.

Shift: 5:30 AM 2:00 PM (Weekend availability required)

Job Summary:
In this role you will prepare cook and serve food while maintaining high standards of cleanliness safety and efficiency. Food service workers play a key role in ensuring meals are prepared and delivered accurately while maintaining a sanitary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cook and portion food items according to dietary guidelines
- Set up serving lines and serve food in cafeteria and tray line settings
- Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens dish machines utensils etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Stock and organize food supplies and storage areas
- Transport food carts and assist with meal delivery
- Operate cash register and assist with transactions
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 80% of shift)
- Lift up to 40 lbs independently and up to 75 lbs with assistance
- Perform repetitive tasks such as portioning and tray assembly
- Work in hot wet or fast-paced kitchen environments
Schedule Requirements:
- 40-hour work week (Sunday Saturday)
- Must be available for assigned shifts including weekends
- Required to work 2 weekends and 2 weekends off
