Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Electrical & Instrumentation Site Engineer to manage on-site execution installation and commissioning activities. The role involves extensive site work coordination with multiple stakeholders and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review project plans drawings and BOQ; allocate work to technicians daily
Supervise panel erection cable tray installation cable laying glanding and terminations
Oversee installation of field instruments junction boxes and signal lines as per drawings
Conduct and verify IR tests continuity checks loop checks and motor trials
Support commissioning and troubleshoot issues on-site
Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and internal teams
Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) including manpower materials and work updates
Maintain as-built documentation and inspection records
Ensure strict adherence to safety practices (PPE LOTO etc.)
Plan next days activities and report site challenges to management

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical / E&TC / Instrumentation

Experience:

1 3 years of relevant site experience

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems
Ability to read and interpret drawings (P&ID hook-up layouts)
Good coordination and reporting skills
Basic English communication (5 7/10 proficiency)

Work Conditions

Travel Requirement: 80% (site-based role)
Working Hours: Depends on site conditions
