Job Summary

Job Description:

Supervise and monitor finishing activities including plastering flooring tiling painting false ceiling carpentry sanitary fittings and electrical finishing.
Ensure execution adheres to approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and suppliers for timely completion of work.
Conduct site inspections and resolve finishing-related issues on site.
Ensure all snag/punch lists are completed prior to project handover.
Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records of materials and work completed.
Work closely with engineers architects and project managers to meet timelines and budgets.
