Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead AI Automation Engineer to build an Agentic AI platform that transforms traditional testing into an AI-driven STLC. This role focuses on developing multi-agent workflows using LLMs to automate test case generation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build Agentic AI platforms for testing lifecycle
Develop AI agents for requirements test cases and automation scripts
Integrate platform with Jira and ALM tools
Lead transition to AI-driven automation frameworks
Drive architecture orchestration and platform evolution

Required Skills

Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph AutoGen CrewAI)
Strong knowledge of LLMs & RAG frameworks
Expertise in Playwright & TypeScript/JavaScript
Experience with multi-agent orchestration
Integration with Jira APIs & ALM tools
Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI IDEs

Preferred Skills

Experience in AI-driven testing frameworks
Migration from legacy to AI-based automation
Strong leadership and architecture experience
