Lead full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central from requirement gathering to post-go-live support

Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional solutions

Configure and customize modules such as Finance Sales Purchasing Inventory and Manufacturing

Conduct gap analysis and recommend system improvements and best practices

Collaborate with technical teams developers and project managers for seamless delivery

Provide user training and ensure smooth adoption of the system

Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues to maintain system performance

Stay updated with latest product features and industry trends

Prepare and maintain documentation including requirements test plans and design specifications
