Job Summary
The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by eliciting analyzing and translating requirements into actionable deliverables that drive business value. They independently manage requirements engages stakeholders refines backlogs and ensure solutions are delivered effectively within Agile squads
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Management
- Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation analysis and documentation
- Develop clear and comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure requirements are complete consistent and aligned to business objectives
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement review sessions
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve requirement-related issues
3. Agile Delivery Execution
- Actively contribute to all Agile ceremonies and ensure backlog readiness
- Support Product managers in backlog prioritization and refinement
- Provide timely clarifications to development and QA teams during sprints
4. Business Process Analysis
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop process maps and recommend optimized workflows
- Support implementation of process enhancements
5. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Define and review test scenarios and test cases with the QA team
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate business sign-off
- Ensure defects are tracked prioritized and resolved in a timely manner
6. Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze data to support business decisions and solution design
- Develop reports and dashboards to track performance and outcomes
7. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Ensure all project documentation is complete accurate and up to date
- Support user training and knowledge transfer activities
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field
- 35 years experience in a tech or digital environment
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery
