Job Summary
About your Tasks:
- Optimize financial processes for standardization efficiency and transparency.
- Work with stakeholders to align system features with business needs.
- Work closely with the ERP team to implement process changes in IT systems and support the Finance department in process optimization.
- Support implementation of internal controls in Finance.
- Monitor control effectiveness follow up on audit findings and ensure compliance.
- Support in other initiatives and projects within the organization.
Qualifications :
About You
- 5 years of experience in Finance and ERP with strong expertise in Dynamics D365.
- Knowledge of financial processes controls and compliance.
- Skilled in process improvement and automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
- Proactive ownership-driven and adaptable to change.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- AI or automation knowledge is advantageous
