Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at the Trenton clinic. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients ensuring their recovery and well-being.
- Assist with patient assessments and help develop treatment plans
- Review referrals and medical records to determine appropriate therapy
- Provide supervised direct patient care following established protocols
- Document patient progress and caregiver instructions
- Support quality standards for care delivered by assistants and techs
- Contribute to plans of care goal setting and treatment program development
- Help implement therapy programs and deliver essential interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients caregivers and healthcare partners
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation
Qualifications :
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Outpatient experience preferred

- Current or upcoming state of Physical Therapist Assistant Michigan license
- Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
