We are looking for German & Dutch speakers for a Customer Advisor role in Belgium. If you already work in an international environment or BPO this could be a smooth and logical next step for you.

What the role looks like:
Customer support via phone email and internal systems
Handling product/service-related inquiries
Working in a structured international team

Location: Ghent Belgium (Hybrid after training)

Work schedule:
24/7 rotational shifts
7h30/day 30 min break

Before applying make sure you are comfortable with:
Rotational shifts (including nights & weekends)
Initial contract structure (136 months)
First month fully on-site
Hybrid setup after training (1 day remote/week)

Fluency in German & Dutch
